Mendoza Golf Course

The expansion of the golf course is moving forward quickly. I'm amazed with the progress; as of now you can actually see the complete layout of the course, and the views are extraordinary.

The newly seeded back nine is growing in nicely.

The team has really done an excellent job so far. The expansion of our Mendoza golf resort is scheduled completion for the course by April/May 2009.

Anthony Foster, accomplished Master of Wine, has recently completed his tastings at our Mendoza winery at Algodon Wine Estates. He says he is very impressed with two of our Malbec's, as well as our Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and one exceptional Merlot. He seems quite pleased and excited to partner with us in an advisory capacity.

José Luis Clerc also made it to Algodon Wine Estates today, and we went over the development plans for the tennis center, which includes a mini-centre court.

The center court would be "in-ground", and the restaurant’s proposed 2nd floor dining patio would have views overlooking the court. He expects to bring some very important exhibition matches to Algodon, while overseeing the “Clerc Tennis Academy”.  Clerc was interviewed by a local radio station while visiting the estate this week, and gave us a nice mention. He'll also be in New York City for the 2008 US Open as a featured commentator for ESPN.
